Members on options with day-to-day benefits (Ultimax, Ultima
300, Maxima Plus, Maxima Exec, Maxima Standard, Maxima Basis)
have unlimited access to GPs on the Fedhealth GP Network. And
now ALL members can benefit by using a Fedhealth preferred pharmacy.
Unlimited GP Access & GP Locator
Once your day-to-day benefits (OHEB and Savings) have been
exhausted the Scheme pays directly for all GP visits provided
the GP is part of the Fedhealth GP Network. Your GP is refunded
directly by Fedhealth without delay.
Find a Fedhealth GP close to you or establish whether your
GP is part of the Network by using one of the following search
functions on our GP Locator:
"Find a doctor" allows you to search for
a GP based on location. Once you have selected a province,
town, city or suburb, you will be provided with a list of
contracted GPs in the region.
"Is my doctor on the network" allows you
to search for your GP by entering their name, practice number
or phone number.

Ensuring the availability and affordability of medicines,
by using a Fedhealth preferred pharmacy you no longer face
co-payments in terms of the dispensing fees that are charged.
This does not affect Fedhealth's DSP arrangements in
any way.
Find a contracted pharmacy close to you or establish whether
your pharmacy is part of the Network by using one of the following
search functions on our Pharmacy Locator:
"Find a pharmacy" will allow you to search
for a pharmacy based on location. Once you have selected a
province, town, city or suburb, you will be provided with
a list of contracted pharmacies in the region.
"Is my pharmacy on the network" will allow
you to search for your pharmacy by entering the pharmacy phone
number, practice number or name.
