The Safety Net Benefit covers your day-to-day

depleted and your day-to-day expenses have reached
your Safety Net Level.
Safety Net Level is the level up to which your
day-to-day expenses accumulate. After the Safety
Net Level has been reched, your day-to-day expenses
are paid from the Safety Net Benefit.)
