Is there a co-payment on a member’s medicine?

If your employee finds that the medicine he/she has been prescribed has a co-payment, because it costs more than the ceiling price given in the Medicine Price List, your employee can ask his/her pharmacist to help change it to a generic medicine that the scheme covers in full. If the medicine has a co-payment because it is not in the formulary then your employee should discuss a possible alternative with his/her prescribing doctor.
