What role does the Account Executive (AE) play?

Companies with 35 or more Fedhealth members will be allocated an AE, who will personally handle the running of your corporate account and who will visit the company as agreed.

The services that will be offered to members by the AE include the following:

  • Collection of claims
  • Onsite electronic resolution of claims
  • Adding new staff members onto the Scheme after the initial take on of your company
  • Product training for new employees
  • Assisting with the billing process
  • One-on-one consultations with new and existing members
  • Maintenance of Fedhealth stationery and stock
  • Resolution of all escalated queries
  • Year end renewal process and option changes
