Fedhealth will be implementing an important financial system switchover which will result in some temporary downtime and limited functionality across our systems.
This upgrade is essential to ensure long-term improvements to our services and to provide a smoother, more efficient experience for all our members. The upgrade is scheduled to take place from close of business on Monday, 7 July 2025 until midnight on Sunday, 20 July 2025.
During this period, there will be a temporary pause on certain membership and financial transactions, including:
- Online member/dependant applications
- Lifting of member suspensions
- Changes to member details or inception dates
- Late Joiner Penalties (LJPs)
- Underwriting reviews
- Contribution refunds
- Continuation or termination of memberships
- Age reviews
- Reinstating memberships
- Payment allocations
- Special debit order requests
- Savings refunds
- Transfers of Fedhealth Savings/MediVault
- Note: We suggest you transfer funds before 4 July to avoid delays in claims processing or refunds
- Membership changes and Fedhealth Savings activations on digital platforms
