• You’re confident and go the extra mile. When a challenge comes your way, you dive in with enthusiasm. You “own it,” both the achievements and the mistakes.
• You’re positive and helpful. You have the respect of your co-workers and they come to you when problems arise. The team is like-minded and you’re part of the tribe.
• You see the future. And it’s huge! You see the company’s future success as an integral part of your success.
• Your life is in alignment. You’re content and grabbing life by the horns.
