From 2026, we’re rewarding members’ smart health choices with extra day-to-day benefits

By completing a Health Risk Assessment at a pharmacy or GP, and registering on the Fedhealth Member App, flexiFED 1, 2, 3 and 4 members can unlock an extra amount of up to R4 500 per family to use for day-to-day medical expenses. Claims paid from the D2D+ benefit won’t accumulate to Threshold

Please note that D2D+ Rand amounts listed are annual family amounts.

The D2D+ benefit will cover these expenses once the member has unlocked it:

• GP consultations

• Specialist consultations

• Basic dentistry

• Prescribed medication

• Pathology

• General radiology
