At the 2024 Fedhealth Broker Product Launch, we promised to keep shifting medical aid borders in the year to come – in order to bring your clients innovative medical aid solutions that adapt to their changing healthcare needs, lifestyles and budgets.
As such, we are pleased to share one of three new upcoming marketing campaigns with you that aims to do exactly that: the flexiFEDSavvy First is the Worst campaign that will be going live in the next few days.
You will likely know by now that flexiFEDSavvy is the most affordable fully fledged medical aid in South Africa, designed especially for the digital generation. Priced at just R965 p/m for a principal member (2024 rate), it’s fulfilled entirely via online platforms – right up the alley of under-35s who are used to running their entire lives online. Savvy offers members benefits like unlimited virtual GP consults and unlimited network hospital cover, with the choice to fund day-to-day benefits in one of four ways should they choose to.
This campaign uses humour to highlight the fact that although there are many firsts in a young person’s life that will likely be the worst, like a first car or shabby apartment, their first medical aid doesn’t have to be, thanks to Fedhealth’s flexiFEDSavvy option for under-35s.
The campaign is aimed at the following two target audiences:
- Young people with the desired flexiFEDSavvy membership profile: healthy, under 35 digital natives who are joining the workforce for the first time. These potential members are encouraged to join Savvy to experience great benefits at a great price – definitely not a first that sucks!
- Human Resources Managers at companies which are likely to hire entry-level staff who are the perfect flexiFEDSavvy target audience. These individuals are encouraged to consider offering flexiFEDSavvy as medical aid for their junior staff – so do expect your corporate clients to enquire about this option after receiving their direct marketing packs and seeing the campaign on digital and social media platforms!
