Building on the FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT WITH FEDHEALTH campaign that ran a little earlier in the year, we’ve launched a brand new campaign that will run until September.
This new campaign, THERE’S SOMETHING ABOUT MEDICAL AID THAT DOESN’T QUITE FIT, examines some of the biggest issues consumers have with traditional medical aid, and offers Fedhealth’s innovative solutions to these problems.
These are issues like:
- Why do members have no input over how much medical aid savings they get, and why must they pay for these savings upfront?
- Why do healthy members who typically claim less have to pay the same rates as older members who are high claimers on the same option?
- Why do medical aid network options sometimes cut members’ benefits on top of restricting which hospital providers they can use?
- Why can members only upgrade once per year – what happens if the member’s health needs change dramatically and they need specific benefits NOW?
Similar to the Perfect Fit campaign, Fedhealth’s unrivalled levels of customisation, and innovative product design, are the heart of our solutions to these issues, and by giving our members more control over how their cover is structured, we are ensuring affordability.
The campaign uses video, digital and social media platforms as well as specialist publications to get the message across.

We hope that this new campaign keeps driving home just how customisable Fedhealth’s plans are to ensure greater affordability for our members.
