Now five months post-launch, Health Rewards by Sanlam has officially surpassed 7 500 members!
It’s interesting to note that more than 66% of these members are on the flexiFEDSavvy and flexiFED 1 plans, which indicates a strong uptake among our younger and more digitally engaged segments.
From a digital perspective, we’re seeing impressive app crossover success, with almost 30% of Fedhealth Member App users also engaging with the Health Rewards platform.
Dis-Chem is currently our most popular and redeemed voucher partner, followed by Mr D. Overall, voucher redemptions continue to trend upward – a clear sign that members are actively engaging with the platform and seeing the value in their rewards.
As of June, more than twice as many Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) have been completed in 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. This is a great indication that the Health Rewards platform’s incentive structure is working. Completing an HRA is a crucial first step for members to identify early signs of potential health issues. From there, members are guided onto Fedhealth’s disease management programmes – helping them to take proactive control of their health.
Health Rewards performance (as of 25 July 2025)

We’re excited to see how Health Rewards by Sanlam continues to grow in the months to come – all while adding more value to your clients’ Fedhealth membership.
