Depending on the option, Fedhealth provides a sound chronic medicine benefit to take care of members’ chronic conditions.

Prescribed Minimum Benefit conditions

All Fedhealth options have a benefit for the 27 chronic conditions on the Prescribed Minimum Benefit Chronic Disease List (CDL). The benefit covers medication for the list of CDL conditions paid from a formulary and can be obtained from a provider of your choice.
